Trust & Action project – Experts’ meeting

[ENG] On December 17, ECRIM members joined their international counterparts to carry our the third experts’ workshop of the EU-funded Trust and Action research project. This last experts’ meeting, which gathered practitioners and scholars from Italy, Spain, and Romania, was focused on debating the table of correspondence of supervision measures alternative to pre-trial detention, regulated by Framework Decision 2009/829/JHA. On the Spanish side, Luis de Arcos (General Council of the Judiciary) and Mar Jimeno (University of Burgos) participated in this meeting, together with five ECRIM members.
