Patricia Faraldo Cabana is a Professor of Criminal Law at the University of A Coruña, Spain, and Adjunct Professor at the Queensland University of Technology, Australia. She has been Marie Curie fellow and Eurias Senior fellow. She has published 10 books, one of them in English, and edited 10 more, in addition to being the author of more than 150 scientific articles and book chapters in four languages. She is currently co-editor of the Routledge book series on Critical Studies in Crime, Diversity and Criminal Justice series and a member of the editorial board of many national and international journals. She chairs the law area at the Spanish National Research Agency and is a permanent member of the Spanish Legal Codification Commission.
