Patricia Faraldo Cabana is Professor of Criminal Law at the Universidade da Coruña. She has been adjunct professor at the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia, between 2014 and 2023. She has been Marie Curie fellow and Eurias Senior fellow. She has published 10 books, one of them in English, and edited 10 others, as well as authoring more than 150 journal articles and book chapters in four languages. She has chaired the area of Law at the Spanish State Research Agency between 2018 and 2022, as well as Committee 9-Law and Jurisprudence at ANECA in 2023. She is currently co-editor of the Routledge Critical Studies in Crime, Diversity and Criminal Justice series and a member of the editorial board of numerous national and foreign journals. She is a permanent member of the Codification Commission, criminal section.
